For US CPA firms
Extra hands for your busy season, under your review
A team of ten preparers led by a supervising Chartered Accountant, working from Delhi. You stay the client-facing CPA and sign every return. We prepare, you review.
What we do
Kept deliberately narrow
We take on the work a CPA firm most often runs short of people for, and do not offer more than we can review properly.
Individual returns
Form 1040 preparation with the supporting schedules, handed over ready for your review.
S-corporation and partnership returns
Forms 1120S and 1065 with K-1s, prepared from the client’s books or from your workpapers.
Workpaper and clean-up support
Trial balance tidy-up, reconciliations and the book-to-tax groundwork that makes a return preparable in one pass.
How it works
Start small, and judge the work yourself
No long contract at the outset. The pilot exists so that quality and turnaround are visible to you before any larger commitment.
Step 1
A short call
We learn your volumes, your software and the services you want help with.
Step 2
A small paid pilot
A handful of returns at a trial rate and an agreed turnaround. You judge the work before committing to more.
Step 3
Review, then scale
Every file is reviewed by our supervising Chartered Accountant before it reaches you. If the pilot works, we agree volume for the season.
Responsibility and data
Who does what
- You remain the preparer of record. The CPA firm reviews, signs and e-files every return. We do not sign returns, do not file them, and do not hold a PTIN or EFIN.
- Your systems, your access. Tax work is done in your tax software through access you set up and can withdraw. We do not keep client files on local machines.
- Confidentiality in writing. We sign a confidentiality agreement before any file moves.
- Client consent is yours to obtain. Disclosing return information to a preparer outside the United States needs the client’s consent under the US rules. We can supply draft wording, and your own counsel should confirm it.
